Daily Beer announced on the 9th that it will launch a new seasonal menu, ‘Premium Steamed Fish Cake Hot Pot,’ for the winter season.
Set to launch on the 12th, the Premium Steamed Fish Cake Hot Pot is a hearty soup featuring a variety of steamed and skewered fish cakes made exclusively with high-quality fish meat. Made from premium ingredients and not deep-fried, the steamed fish cakes are lower in fat and sodium while retaining the rich protein of the fish. They are also characterized by their firm and chewy texture.
The dish uses a fish cake hot pot sauce based on bonito extract, enhanced with Korean green onions and Cheongyang chili peppers to maximize its spicy and refreshing flavor. Daily Beer’s popular side dish, ‘Whole Shrimp Bar,’ is also added for a more generous serving.
The ‘Hit Lager’ is recommended as a pairing for the Premium Steamed Fish Cake Hot Pot. The citrus notes of lime in the Hit Lager complement the texture of the fish meat in the fish cakes and shrimp bar, while its savory flavor enhances the overall taste of the dish. Its light, refreshing finish also helps cleanse the palate after the rich flavor of the fish cake broth.
