Daily Beer X Felt Coffee Launch ‘Felt Porter’ for the Christmas Season

Felt Coffee is a specialty coffee brand that selects and processes its own coffee beans. Its first location opened in 2015 in a residential neighborhood in Changjeon-dong, Seoul, in a former piano academy, while retaining the building’s old sign. The brand quickly gained recognition for its minimalist concept of being “a space for simply drinking coffee” and its philosophy of competing solely through the quality of its coffee.
Since opening its first location, Felt Coffee has expanded to several locations, including Gwanghwamun and Dosan Park. Its distinctive spaces and minimalist approach have also inspired an increasing number of cafes across Korea.
The limited-edition ‘Felt Porter,’ created through a collaboration between Daily Beer and Felt Coffee, is an American-style porter ale. Coffee beans selected and roasted directly by the Felt Coffee roastery are slowly infused into the beer using a cold-infusion method. The resulting beer combines a subtle coffee aroma with flavors of dark chocolate, cacao and toasted bread derived from eight different malts.
Felt Porter will be available on draft at select Daily Beer company-owned locations starting December 15 for the Christmas season. Customers can also purchase a gift set combining Felt Porter with Felt Coffee drip bags, making it an option for a Christmas gift.
