Daily Beer, Korea's leading craft beer platform, has introduced Gapyeong Youth Lager as the newest addition to its July craft beer lineup.
Working with more than 50 local breweries across Korea, Daily Beer develops and showcases distinctive regional craft beers through its nationwide beer platform. Gapyeong Youth Lager was created in collaboration with Kabrew, a pioneering craft brewery based in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province.
Kabrew is one of Korea's first-generation craft breweries, recognized for its innovative approach to brewing. The company was the first brewery in the industry to receive HACCP certification and has earned more than 20 awards at domestic and international beer competitions, along with recognition as an outstanding technology company by NICE Information Service.
Known for its exceptionally clean and crisp character, Gapyeong Youth Lager offers delicate floral aromas complemented by fresh fruit notes. Its refreshing, light-bodied profile makes it an ideal beer for the summer season.
Daily Beer recommends pairing the lager with menu items such as Green Light Salad, Angry Bird Chicken, and chilled peaches to enhance its bright and refreshing flavors.
Meanwhile, as the brand enters its tenth year, Daily Beer continues to host its monthly Franchise Mentoring program, where prospective entrepreneurs can learn practical business and restaurant management strategies. The August mentoring session is scheduled to take place on August 8 at the Daily Beer headquarters seminar room.
