Daily Beer, one of Korea's leading craft beer franchise brands, announced its participation as a production sponsor of the TVING original series CEO-dol Mart.
Premiering exclusively on TVING, CEO-dol Mart is a youth comedy-drama that follows the story of a disbanded idol group as they unexpectedly take over and operate a struggling supermarket.
The series stars Lee Shin-young, EXO's Xiumin, Chae Hyung-won, Choi Won-myung, and Lee Sae-on as members of the fictional idol group Thunder Boys, alongside Choi Jung-woon as an experienced part-time employee. The drama portrays the group's humorous and heartwarming journey as they rebuild their lives after losing their careers overnight.
To support sales growth for its franchise partners, Daily Beer fully funded the production sponsorship with corporate marketing resources rather than passing costs on to franchisees. The company has consistently invested in nationwide brand marketing initiatives—including television drama product placements, collaborations with popular YouTube creators, and nationwide gift certificate campaigns—as part of its commitment to mutual growth with franchise owners. These efforts have contributed to recognitions such as being named one of the Maeil Business Newspaper Top 100 Franchises for six consecutive years and one of Korea's Most Desirable Franchise Brands for four consecutive years.
More recently, Daily Beer introduced a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) financing program to reduce the initial financial burden on new franchisees and launched a "zero upfront capital" startup system. The company also provides a range of support programs designed to help entrepreneurs establish and operate successful businesses.
"We decided to sponsor the series to support our franchise partners across the country," said a Daily Beer representative. "We will continue investing in marketing initiatives that contribute to franchise growth while using opportunities like this to strengthen brand awareness among younger consumers."
Meanwhile, leveraging the experience gained over its first decade in business, Daily Beer continues to host monthly entrepreneurship mentoring sessions, sharing practical business know-how and operational expertise with prospective franchise owners.
