Daily Beer Introduces New Fall Menu Item, "Assorted Crispy Shrimp"

Daily Beer, Korea's leading craft beer franchise, has launched a new seasonal menu item, Assorted Crispy Shrimp, to celebrate the arrival of autumn.
Now entering its 10th year, Daily Beer opened its first location in Yeouido in 2014 and has grown into a leading beer franchise with more than 250 stores nationwide, including 45 company-owned locations.
Through collaborations with local breweries, Daily Beer offers more than 50 varieties of craft beer along with a diverse selection of food pairings, building a strong customer base through its unique beer and food experience.
The newly launched Assorted Crispy Shrimp features whole crispy shrimp, fried shrimp heads, and wedge potatoes, allowing customers to enjoy a variety of shrimp flavors and textures in one dish.
True to its name, the menu is generously served with whole shrimp and crispy fried shrimp heads, highlighting the rich savory flavor of shrimp and its crunchy texture. It is designed as a perfect bite-sized appetizer to pair with craft beer.
The dish is enhanced with a creamy onion dressing featuring a rich onion flavor, adding extra depth and savory notes.
The recommended craft beer pairing for Assorted Crispy Shrimp is Daily Beer's signature Seoul Daily Beer. The beer's smooth caramel malt aroma enhances the shrimp's rich umami flavor, while its refreshing carbonation helps cleanse the palate from the richness of the dish.
"Texture has recently become an important trend in the food industry.
