Daily Beer held its 2024 New Year Workshop on January 22 at the Bloom A Hall of GLAD Hotel Yeouido in Seoul, bringing together approximately 80 employees from headquarters and managers from company-owned stores across the country.
Founded with its first company-owned store in Yeouido in May 2014, Daily Beer has grown into one of Korea's leading craft beer franchises, operating more than 250 locations nationwide. Through partnerships with local breweries across Korea, the company plans, distributes, markets, and sells craft beer under its unique "beer platform" business model, creating a sustainable ecosystem that benefits consumers, franchise partners, and the domestic craft beer industry.
The workshop featured presentations on the company's growth strategy, a lecture on franchise competitiveness by Vice President Youngtae Lim, and a company-wide session led by CEO Sangjin Lim outlining Daily Beer's management philosophy, strategic priorities, and key initiatives for 2024.
During the event, CEO Lim emphasized accelerating growth, advancing the company's enterprise management systems, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. He also encouraged employees to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset by pursuing innovation, taking bold risks, and exploring new market opportunities.
"Now in its tenth year, Daily Beer is preparing for significant business expansion in 2024, including entering the global market beginning with Singapore, launching an online platform, and expanding production facilities," a company representative said. "This year's workshop served as an opportunity for all employees to strengthen their commitment and prepare for another year of rapid growth."
Meanwhile, Daily Beer has signed a joint venture agreement with Singapore-based F&B company Katrina Group and is preparing to open the first overseas location of Daily Chicken during the first half of the year.
