Daily Beer announced on December 5 that it has signed a master franchise agreement with Opulence Prime Ventures Inc. to expand into the Philippine market. The agreement was signed at Daily Beer’s headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul.
Daily Beer operates "Saenghwal Beer," Korea’s leading craft beer franchise, through its proprietary "Beer Platform" business model, which connects local breweries across the country with consumers. Over the past decade, the company has achieved remarkable growth within the craft beer franchise industry.
Daily Beer first signaled its global expansion in November 2023 by entering into a joint venture agreement with Katrina Group, a publicly listed company in Singapore. Since then, the company has successfully opened three stores in Singapore, demonstrating that its proven Beer Platform business model can succeed in overseas markets as well.
Opulence Prime Ventures Inc. is a Philippine-based company with diversified businesses spanning real estate, hospitality, platform services, and distribution. Following the strong reception of Korean craft beers—including Daily Beer’s Ginseng Lager—in Singapore, the company recognized the potential for similar success in the Philippine market and entered into the master franchise agreement with Daily Beer.
