Daily Beer continues expanding its virtuous cycle of mutual growth
Brewery 304’s “PLUTO” extends from March collaboration release to April offline event
KCBC builds a sustainable ecosystem connecting local breweries, products, distribution, and customer experiences
Daily Beer, Korea’s leading beer platform (CEO Lim Sang-jin), announced on April 14 that it successfully hosted its signature “Meet the Brewer” event, once again bringing craft beer enthusiasts closer to the stories behind exceptional brews.
The event featured Brewery 304, a brewery widely recognized in Korea’s craft beer scene for producing exceptionally well-balanced beers. Brewery 304 previously participated in KCBC’s ultra-fresh craft beer collaboration with CU in March. Through its company-operated stores, Daily Beer served Brewery 304’s flagship beer, “PLUTO,” inspired by the mysterious dwarf planet Pluto, as freshly poured draft beer directly from the keg, receiving enthusiastic responses from customers.
During the event, Brewery 304 CEO Min Seong-jun personally visited key Daily Beer locations, where he shared the philosophy behind his brewery, the stories behind its beers, and the craftsmanship involved in their creation, offering customers a deeper appreciation of craft beer and food culture.
The “Meet the Brewer” event is part of Daily Beer’s advanced O2O (Online-to-Offline) strategy. By first increasing brand awareness through collaborations with local breweries and nationwide canned beer distribution at CU convenience stores, the company then delivers authentic brand experiences and premium draft beer at its offline locations. Through this approach, Daily Beer continues to strengthen a sustainable ecosystem that connects breweries, the platform, and consumers, transforming one-time collaborations into long-term partnerships.
The Daily Beer marketing team stated, “We are more than just a franchise—we are a curator and platform dedicated to introducing the very best of Korean craft beer. By transforming the expanded customer touchpoints created through our collaboration with CU into remarkable culinary experiences at Daily Beer stores, we will continue building a virtuous cycle of mutual growth.”
Meanwhile, Daily Beer, which became the first company in the beer industry to receive the Presidential Commendation in 2025 for its contributions to the development of Korea’s beer industry, continues to leverage its nationwide store network to help outstanding regional breweries with limited capital and distribution channels reach a broader consumer market.
